Book Review: Attract Your Ideal Weight: 8 Secrets?
Have you ever wondered how some people manage to successfully reduce and maintain it while others don't succeed despite repeated attempts? I meditate these questions myself, often in reality. Well this book seeks to reveal the cause. The author, a healthy, motivational spokesperson and trainer, has clearly written with many weight loss clients.
Her theory is clear. Some skinny people make choices that maintain their weight in self-control and their lifestyle is consistent with their goals and values. To get into my own personal experience as a perspective, I'm lucky to be one of those people who rarely gain my weight.
